Her work experience is in developing and implementing environmental projects and studies for environmental licensing; drafting emergency plans, and performing risk analysis and management. She also has experience in preparing vessels for IBAMA (Brazilian environmental agency) surveys, environmental audits, and providing training for the environmental emergency response market.

His professional experience is in engineering, technology, quality, oil & gas projects, innovative technology-based projects, ISO 9000 implementation processes and start-up companies. A founding partner of OceanPact, he is the company’s Management Representative for the Integrated Management System.

X FecharGraduate Systems Analyst at Mackenzie University, 1982, and bachelor in Business Administration at PCUSP in 1978. He has 30 years’ work experience in general Operations management and of processes carried out across different areas of a company, and 12 years’ work experience in management of Incident Command Systems and pollution response squads, at sea and on land (road and rail) for oil and hazardous chemical spills. He has implemented several environmental protection base operational units for oil & gas companies, and is an active member of the Emergency Response Committee at ABIQUIM – Brazilian Chemical Industry Association and ABPCEA – Brazilian Association for the Prevention and Control of Environmental Emergencies.

X FecharGraduate in Work Safety at UFRJ (2010) and bachelor in Civil Engineering at University Gama Filho (1981). His work experience is in Logistics and maritime Cabotage transport; Fleet Maintenance; Personnel Management; Integrated Management Systems and ISM Systems; Quality, Safety and Environment Management; Shipbuilding and Offshore Construction (having participated in the construction and installation of the first large offshore platforms in the Campos Basin).

His experience is in the commercial and operational areas; Oil Spill training, planning, project management; market relations, customer relations; consulting / auditing in Business Continuity Management systems and development of Business Continuity Plans.

His work experience is in Production Engineering, Finance, Business Management, Management of Processes, Projects and Personnel and in business startup processes, sales, management of skilled personnel and project leadership.

Her work experience is in soil quality, environmental impact assessment and elaboration and implementation of Oil Spill Emergency Response Plans.

Her work experience is in developing and implementing environmental projects and environmental licensing studies, and Individual Emergency Plans (IEP). She also has experience in environmental auditing in the oil upstream sector and in supporting the identification and management of occupational hazards.

X FecharGraduate in Oil & Gas at MBP-COOPE/UFRJ (2003) and bachelor in Nautical Sciences at Merchant Marine University (1997). A Nautical Officer with 10 years of experience in command of vessels (oil tankers and tugboats), six years managing fleets and crews and four years providing environmental services.

X FecharBachelor’s in Environmental Engineering at the University of Queensland, Australia. His work experience is in fleet management and emergency response crews for chemical and oil spills, in offshore and onshore operations; environmental services; logistics, public relations, customer relations and development of operational and management plans.

X FecharBachelor’s in Environmental Engineering at PUC RJ – (2006). Five years’ experience in developing and implementing environmental projects, environmental management systems, IBAMA pre-audit preparedness, risk management systems, and operational safety and engineering and management solutions for the Oil & Gas industry. He is responsible for implementing the first Operational Safety Management System in the country in compliance with ANP standards.

His work experience is in Biology, Technology, Project Management, Programming and computing Systems Analysis for several industries and at Fiocruz; Response Training; Emergency Plan elaboration; consulting; strategic planning; and the development of new technologies projects.
